NoKeys is a comprehensive management solution for short-term villas offered both through well-known platforms (AirBnB, Booking.com) and in other more traditional ways.
The system has two very important features that are:
- remote management of the property
- the possibility of not giving the keys to the tenants but also to the garages that operate in the area.
The platform consists of hardware installed in the compartment and software installed on a cloud server offered to real estate managers as a service(Software as a Service, SaaS).
The hardware installed in the villa consists of the following devices:

The controller that is the center of the system and works with the cloud application for managing the villa.
- The keypad mounted outside the villa’s front door.

An IoT (Internet of Things) device that connects to the garden door infrastructure and is used to open the door.
In addition to the devices mentioned there is a need for an electric lock on the compartment door so that it can be opened by the noKeys system.
The noKeys system can open the garden door if it is electrically opened. This will open a door unlocked by a doorbell or a sliding door that opens with an electric motor.
