Leases will be made both through well-known rental platforms (AirBnB, Booking.com), and other more traditional ways.
The system has two very important features that are
- the hotel’s remote management
- the opportunity not to give keys to visitors but also to workshops that operate in the area.
The platform consists of the hardware installed in each space requiring access control (eg rooms, warehouses etc.) and the software installed on a cloud server and offered to the property manager as a service. (Software as a Service, SaaS).

- The controller that is the center of the system and works with the cloud application to manage each site.
- The keypad mounted outside the space entrance door.
In the case of hotels, one of the hotel’s controllers will be connected to an IoT (Internet of Things) device designed to unlock the central entrance of the hotel when it receives an unanswered call from an authorized mobile number.
In addition to the devices mentioned there is a need for an electric lock on the door of each accommodation area requiring access control so that it can be opened by the noKeys system.
